Climate Smart Technologies for Nutritious and Safe Foods
This event will present the latest technologies to support food companies in meeting the challenges of producing sustainable, nutritious and safe foods. It will highlight the importance of innovation in developing opportunities to meet consumer demands whilst meeting climate change commitments.
The programme will include both national and international guest speakers, as well as representation from national agencies. It will provide an opportunity to hear from Teagasc scientists on climate smart solutions and will include demonstrations of advanced technologies and equipment that can be utilised for the development and production of sustainable and nutritious safe foods.
