This masterclass on Strategic Account Management will focus on how to build, develop and maintain strategic partnerships between your University/Research Institute and external (Corporate, Industry, Governmental, Public) partners. This intensive training aims to give you a framework for developing multi-level partnerships on strategic, tactical and operational level and provides methods and tools for the strategic account.

- Building a strategic account management structure
- R&D strategising
- Road mapping
- Matching portfolio and expertise
We will also practice how to do a (four) SWOT analysis for your targets to develop strategic corporate collaborations, and we will share practical tools and tips & tricks to be used for ‘business planning’ to provide the participants with practical instruments for further usage.
This masterclass is for anyone working in KT/TT wanting to learn more about building strategic collaborations, especially for (senior) management, business developers, contract/contact managers and project developers.
