This masterclass will give you a guideline to start and structure negotiations in Technology Transfer, as well as to evaluate ongoing negotiations you are asked to take over. You will get to know, in detail, the essentials of NDAs, Cooperation Agreements, and License Agreements. You will find out about your competences to cope with negotiation and will learn strategies on how to deal with it.
