KDB and R&D Tax Credit Seminar - Dublin

Over recent months, Revenue has been working on a set of Guidelines to support the new Knowledge Development Box initiative. This KDB is aimed at incentivising companies to undertake innovative activities in Ireland by providing a 6.25% corporate tax rate for income generated from commercialising certain intellectual property (“IP”). The publication of these guidelines is now imminent.

We invite you to join a morning seminar on September 1st and hear the detail of the published Guidelines direct from Áine Hollingsworth of Revenue, who has been responsible for collating them. Áine will also provide us with some information on developments in the R&D Tax Credit Guidelines.
